Daphne Koufomihalis is a proud Penn State alumna, returning to the campus where she began her Penn State journey. She previously supported the education department at the Association of Food and Drug Officials, contributing to the development and delivery of educational programs. Her experience in educational programming and passion for lifelong learning make her a wonderful addition to the OLLI team.
In her spare time, Daphne enjoys reading science fiction, learning new languages (currently Korean and Spanish!), planning tea parties, exploring Mah Jongg, and spending time with her family.
In her new role, Daphne will support OLLI’s mission to offer high quality lifelong learning opportunities for adults aged 50 and better. She will lead staff and volunteers in developing engaging educational programs, strengthening community connections, and ensuring that OLLI continues to offer a robust slate of courses, volunteer roles, and social gatherings.
