Valley Forge and Ephrata Cloister: 18th Century History in Southeastern Pennsylvania

The OLLI Travel Committee is planning a day trip to Valley Forge and Ephrata Cloister. We hope you will join us as we explore the history of southeastern Pennsylvania.

Itinerary

Highlights include:

  • Valley Forge National Historical Park
    This 90-minute tour includes stops at the recreated huts at the Muhlenberg Brigade and General Washington’s Headquarters.
  • Ephrata Cloister
    Enjoy a 60-minute tour, including time to explore the grounds.
  • Lunch and dinner are provided.

Cost (per person)

  • Members: $145 
  • Nonmembers: $170

Additional Information

COVID-19 vaccination required. Due to vaccination requirements at some of the sites we will visit, all travelers on this OLLI trip must be vaccinated.

Activity level: There are steps at each location, and some stops at Valley Forge may have uneven ground.
